TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Standard hotel check-in: 2:00pm–3:00pm; check-out: 11:00am–12:00pm (local time)
  • Supplement applies for early check-in/late check-out
  • Hotel rooms are based on lowest category or Run of House; upgrade on request
  • Tour schedule subject to local operator's adjustment due to weather/traffic
  • No refunds for cancellations made by clients after booking
  • Tour price subject to change if group size, entrance fees, or hotel policy changes
  • Deviations in itinerary may occur due to unforeseen conditions
  • Guide and transfer working hours: 08:00–17:00 or 08:30–17:30
  • Dinner time: 19:00–21:00 including transfer
  • Overtime charges (on the spot):
      + 07–16 seats: 30 USD/hour
      + 29–35 seats: 40 USD/hour
      + 45 seats: 50 USD/hour

CANCELLATION TERMS:

  • 50% cancellation on Package Cost within 30 days before check-in
  • 75% cancellation on Package Cost within 29–16 days before check-in
  • 100% cancellation on Package Cost within 15–07 days before check-in
  • Note: Peak season dates may attract higher cancellation charges
  • If room deposit is paid outside the cancellation period, cancellation charges apply
