Package Cancellation Policy:

Terms & Conditions:

  • To confirm the package, an advance payment must be made. The balance must be paid 20 days before the journey date
  • For domestic flight group packages, ₹25,000/- advance per person
  • Payments can be made via online payment, bank deposit, cash, cheque at the office, or to the executive
  • Hotel category will be provided as per the package itinerary
  • Children below 5 years will not be charged and will not be provided seats. Children between 5 to 10 years are charged 70% of the package cost (extra mattress will be provided)
  • Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to mountains/hotels or other areas inaccessible by tourist bus are to be borne by tourists
  • No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing tours
  • Triple sharing means (e.g. husband, wife, and mother): an extra mattress will be provided in one room. Room heater and other incidentals are extra
  • No refund will be given for unused/missed meals during the tour or complimentary ones for any reason
  • Passengers must take care of their belongings. Do not leave valuables in the coach or hand them to staff. Management is not responsible for loss/damage
  • Vehicle type may change based on the group size (e.g., bus, tempo traveler, Toyota, car)
  • For bus packages, seating is by DIP and rotates daily
  • If the minimum batch does not form, we reserve the right to change the scheduled date or provide an alternate vehicle
  • Do not carry valuables. The company, tour manager, or escorts are not responsible for loss of personal belongings (camera, mobiles, ornaments)
  • Tourists above 65 years must submit a medical report signed by an MD doctor (not older than 30 days)
  • Health insurance is mandatory and must cover the full travel period. Netraa Tours and Travels is not responsible for any health-related issues
